How DISCLIFT Spinal Decompression Works

DISCLIFT uses specialised decompression technology to deliver controlled, intermittent decompression to specific spinal segments.

During each session, variable decompression forces are applied, followed by brief relaxation phases. This cyclical loading pattern is designed to avoid sustained static traction, allow precise control of applied forces, and adapt to patient comfort and response in real time.

This delivery model reflects international clinical frameworks used in decompression therapy systems such as IDD Therapy https://www.iddtherapy.com

Sessions are supervised by a clinician and typically last between 20 and 30 minutes.

What to Expect During a Session

  • Comfortable positioning on the decompression table
  • Selection of targeted spinal levels based on assessment findings
  • Gentle, computer-guided decompression delivered in phases
  • Continuous monitoring of comfort and response
  • A calm, predictable session structure

DISCLIFT sessions are designed to be controlled and measured. They are not aggressive, forceful, or passive.

Program-Based Care

DISCLIFT is delivered as a structured program rather than a single treatment session.

Programs are designed based on:

  • Clinical findings
  • Symptom behaviour and irritability
  • Functional goals
  • Individual response over time

Progress is reviewed regularly and care plans are adjusted accordingly. No outcomes are guaranteed. All decisions are guided by assessment, response, and professional judgement.

About Disclift

DISCLIFT sets the benchmark for how non-surgical spinal decompression should be delivered.

Assessment-led. Program-based. Clinically responsible.
